When you submit the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, company, work email address, organisation type, number of properties, and any message you choose to include. We do not collect hotel guest data through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether our product suits your business. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
To be confirmed with counsel. Where GDPR applies, the intended basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and consent where consent is required.
Where it is processed
To be confirmed. State the hosting region, and if any processing takes place outside the EEA, name the transfer mechanism relied on.
How long we keep it
To be confirmed. State a specific retention period for enquiry data and what happens to it at the end of that period.
Who else sees it
